“I lost 15kg in 4 months and I couldn’t have achieved it without the careful planning and nutritional advice from Steve. Steve designed a program that suited my objectives of losing weight, gaining strength and fitness. Where before I had trouble getting out of bed, playing with my 8-year-old son and not losing my breath.
